Location: Hybrid - WeWork RCBC Plaza Tower 1 (3x a week, Tuesday to Thursday)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

They are currently looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of the pre-construction phase, ensuring precision and excellence in every project quote.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you will be a vital part of the Sales team. Your mission is to proactively identify opportunities and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and Prospect: Research potential clients and build high-quality databases using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Engage Prospects: Execute outbound call and email campaigns to introduce solutions and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Assess prospect suitability based on budget, authority, and need to ensure the Sales team focuses on high-value leads.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Schedule strategic meetings and appointments for the sales team to convert.
  • Maintain CRM Integrity: Track all outreach activities accurately to ensure seamless transitions of sales opportunities.
  • Support Campaigns: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and provide follow-up support for trade shows and events.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: Previous background in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or sales support.
  • Communication Skills: You are a confident and professional communicator across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and researching via LinkedIn.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach to database management.
  • Resilience: A target-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed monthly goals.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with both Sales and Marketing functions.
